Star Wars LEGO from 2010

Another exciting launch of new Star Wars LEGO in Singapore for 2010.
I spotted these new arrivals last week and got myself a 8092.
Had wanted a Luke Landspeeder earlier on but it was released in 1999.
To me, prices are now too much $$$ to buy those discontinued Star Wars LEGO sets.
Although I would love to have them..ahaha but it's out of my buying budget.

I'm glad a new Landspeeder is now out, plus this has many mini figures!!
As for the Battle Pack 8083 and 8084, it cost only US10.99 but over here it's retail for S$30.90!!! Shocking price!
Another release that caught my attention is the 8085 Freeco Speeder.
Some stores have them displayed and this 8085 looks very cool!
But still thinking whether "to buy" or "not to buy"...

6 COOL Star Wars mini figures!

Another great art work on the LEGO box.

Star Wars Checklist for 2010 :

8084 Snowtrooper Battle Pack
8085 Freeco Speeder
8086 Droid Tri-Fighter
8087 TIE Defender
8088 ARC-170 Starfighter

plus more to come...

Apart from the Millennium Falcon in the Star Wars movies, AT-AT is my 2nd favourite Star Wars tranport vehicle.
I could still remember the scenes I've watched in the movie when I was a little kid.
The giantic AT-AT slowing moving in snow, firing away...
All the action pack!! Hard to forget!

This motorized AT-AT is able to walk forward or backward with head movements too.
Found a video on youtube of AT-AT walking on snow which I've attached at the end of this post. I think it's very cool to have AT-AT filmed outdoor in the snow.

Batteries not included!
AT-AT would requires 6 AA (1.5V) batteries.

Includes Motor and Battery box.

This was the LEGO I've been eyeing on since it's first launched in August.
To me, I find the price is slightly on the high side in Singapore for a Star Wars LEGO playset of this approx. size.
The price factor was what caused me to hold back getting this...
Anyway, since I've already brought it now, no use heartpain anymore!
Must think only of the good side!
I've yet seen the actual model of this LEGO set on display but the box art has already captured my heart. The AT-TE walker looked solid!
Apart from the AT-TE walker, I also find LEGO to have included Jabba's son - Rotta figure to be a great suprised. It's really cute.

I've posted 4 different posts on my blog today
Which was the first time I've ever posted this much.
I've also finished updating all my stars wars collectibles, Pixars Cars, Thomas the Train, Tin Toys ...etc. yesterday.
It was very tiring but I can only blame myself for being lazy and not updating it for about 1 year...heehee!
Please feel free to read my older posts too and as always your genuine comments is very much appreciated.
Before I go off now (probably wouldn't post any more for the time being...)
I would like to wish all and those whom has always been reading and giving me valuable comments my blog...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
MAY ALL BE IN GOOD HEALTH AND HAVE A BETTER NEW YEAR!
CHEERS!
