As a LEGO collector myself, I always find myself going to places in search of LEGO.

It's hard to find Astroboy figures in departmental stores these days. Maybe you can try Simply Toys.

Most stores have quite a variety of LEGO. Prices would differ since they each have their own sales period or marketing promotions from time to time.
I do not have any top 3 favourite stores but stores where I usually get my lego from would be Metro, Toys R Us, Bricksworld, Simply Toys, Toy Station and Secret Chamber.
Excellent work, I'm going to Singapore later this year on route to Japan. Looks like i won't be short of Lego

Jasper again. Apparently, Simply Toys has pulled the switch on their outlet at VivoCity. On-site right now at #02-119 and Toys Outpost seems to be in the process of setting up shop here instead.
Yes Jasper, I was there few days ago and saw the ST vivo outlet was closed for renovation for Toy Outpost. Thanks! I'll update my post too.
