I was always caught between the option of opening or keep it original.
Finally I have decided to open all my PEZ collections.
I did kept the bags, cards and some PEZ candy wrappers.
I'll post them all when I have time.
Yesterday, my whole Sunday was spent opening, labelling, photographing & displaying PEZ!!!
It took me almost 12 hours of work! Plus a bouns little backache.
Didn't expect it'll took me so long but I am glad all was done.
I've also updated some of my previous older PEZ posts with new pictures.
So, be sure to check out my older PEZ posts.
I ordered these Star Wars PEZ last year from a web seller in USA.
Most of the Star Wars PEZ came loose except the following 4 pieces.
They four Star Wars PEZ are not of the same series.
USA PEZ are pack in a Bag, European PEZ are usually on Card.
Inside the bag comes with little note seen below. Designs varies.
STAR WARS PEZ Series 1 : C3PO, Darth Vader, Yoda, Stormtrooper & Chewbacca
STAR WARS PEZ Series II : Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, Ewok & Boba Fett.
STAR WARS PEZ Series III : Clone Trooper, Jango Fett & R2D2
Post Additions on 15 April 2009 :
These are the new Star Wars Clone Wars PEZ series.
They are re-released from the older set except with a slight colour variations.

OMG, PEZ!? I haven't seen PEZ in years. I think I remember a really weird Pokemon version of PEZ that everyone wanted because they were all the rage at the time. Here though, PEZ is well and truly dead. Unfortunately.
Ciao!

Maybe it's Pikachu? The electric yellow one? Actually, here in Singapore the PEZ is quite dead now too!!! Haven't seen any new release here for many months.
There is something profound about having things wrapped in plastic. If you put something in a little plastic bag, it automatically becomes more valuable. I am glad you had the aesthetic sense to remove your pez from the plastic, it makes them much nicer to look at and play with. It may diminish their monetary value, but the nostalgia of looking at a neat toy up close, is much more important than the little plastic wrapper.
Yeah Book Calendar,
If collectibles are in their original packaging, it'll sure have a much better re-sell value...
But like what you've said it makes them much nicer to look at and play with... Total agreement!
Cheers!
Hope you drop by often!
